Heart Creek Bunker Trail Near Banff, Canada

This exciting hike leads right to a Cold War bunker which was abandoned decades ago. Kids and adults alike enjoyed this moderately easy hike through forests along a mountain side. Since it’s close to Banff, Canmore and Calgary it’s a easily accessible and fun walk for the whole family. Five hikers in our group have autism and they all loved it. Alberta is truly stunning and should be enjoyed by all - both neurotypical and neurodivergent people.
